AI Auto-Reply is one of SocialForge's most powerful features. Once configured, it monitors every comment across your connected accounts and drafts a contextual reply that matches your voice.
Step 1: Connect your accounts in Settings โ Connections.
Step 2: Go to Engagement โ Auto-Reply and enable it per account.
Step 3: Add 5โ10 example replies to train the tone. The more examples you add, the more accurate the AI becomes.
Step 4: Set approval mode. We recommend "Review before send" until you're confident in the quality, then switch to auto-send for trusted low-risk accounts.
